Enriched Cabins & Resort Policies

We hope you’ll enjoy your stay here! Our policies are intended to keep everyone safe and to enhance everyone’s experience. Thanks for understanding and keeping a family-friendly atmosphere!

Check-out before 11:00AM

SAFETY: Guests must be responsible for any minors in their party. The water can pose serious safety risks to children, those who cannot swim, or who are not very strong swimmers.

QUIET TIME: Noise Ordinance from 10:30PM - 8:00AM along with normal consideration for others.

PERSONAL VEHICLES/PARKING: The speed limit is 15 MPH and the upper parking lot is for unloading; renters & guests should park in the designated lower lot. No motorized vehicles allowed on the property - such as ATVs, golf carts, etc. 

PETS:  No pets allowed inside, or tied up outside, of the rental units. The only exception is 1 pet under 50 lbs in cabin 1 with an additional charge of $25 a night.

BOAT RAMP: We do not have any boat ramps or docks available. If you are bringing a boat there are 2 public boat ramps further up the lake that you can use. 

RESORT USE: Firearms, fireworks, over-intoxication, and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. No kegs allowed. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly, as there is a $50 fine if we have to go around cleaning them up. Please do not damage trees or other vegetation. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the cabin. If smoking is detected, a $150 fine will be assessed to the payment card on file. Damaged or missing items; you will be contacted and notified of the applicable charges to fix / replace the item(s) and the card on file will be charged. 

RENTING: Must be 25 years old to rent a cabin, transferring of rentals to minors is not allowed.

Please note: Prices are subject to change without notice. All rates are subject to State and Local taxes. If policies are not adhered to, you may be asked to leave without a refund. Commercial video/photography is conducted here. We reserve the right to use any photograph or video taken at Enriched Cabins & Resort for marketing purposes.

Upon arrival there will also be a binder we ask you review with additional information. 

All dishes must be washed and put away, do not leave on the counter to dry. Please place back in the location you found them. Turn OFF all lights. Summer Months: Air conditioner switched to Medium Cool Setting (5). Winter Months: Turn thermostat down to 60. If you connected with your personal log in to the Smart TV, please be sure to log off. Close & LOCK all windows before leaving. Take your trash out to the blue dumpster, which is located near the end of the entrance (going towards the lake). Leave the key in the white Key Box to the side of the Employee Entrance door located on Cabin #1. Close and LOCK the door behind you. 

• 100% refund of the amount paid if you cancel more than 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund of the amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at 7-14 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
